If you have not previously opted out of selling chocolates, your child will be bringing home a case of chocolates to sell today, Monday, Feb. 24/20. For every case sold, a ballot with your child’s name will be entered into a ballot draw for daily and weekly prizes. Each family who sells 3 cases or 6+ cases will receive one prize of their choice. (Available prizes are currently on display in our front lobby).
Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, February 25th, money and unsold chocolates will be collected in the lobby twice daily at 8:40am and 3:40pm by our parent volunteers. Chocolates are issued one case per family. If you wish to have additional cases immediately, each additional case can be purchased for a pre-paid amount of $90.00 by cash or cheque. Cheques need to be payable to “Southwood School” please.
All monies and unsold chocolate should be returned to the school no later than 1:00pm on Monday, March 16th.
