Mr. Kehler and Ms. Johnson promised to dye their hair pink during an assembly if the school was able to raise at least $1500.00 for the 2019 Terry Fox Run. Since our grand total raised far exceeded that, bringing in $2212.00 for the cause, first thing on Monday morning the students all gathered in the gym to watch the transformation take place. There was lots of excitement in the air from staff and students alike as our secretary, Mrs. James stepped into the role of hairdresser for the assembly!
Thanks to Ms. Johnson and Mr. Kehler for being such great sports and thanks to the family, friends and students of Southwood School for their generosity!
