Yeee-Haw! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming soon!
Our Book Fair will be open November 28th -30th in the Southwood Library (Learning Commons), just in time for holiday shopping!
Don’t miss out on the Family Event Night to be held in conjunction with our Student Led Conferences Thursday, November 30 from 4:00 to 7:30pm. Parents, grandparents and the community are welcome to attend this event.
Parents, guardians and grandparents may also attend during their student’s scheduled time during the day or lunch hour November 28-30. Your student’s scheduled time during the day will be sent home later this month along with a small preview of the Book Fair.
You have a chance for your student and their classroom to each win $25 in Book Fair product. Southwood school students can also win Book Fair product by participating in the contests that will run before and during the fair.
Proceeds from the Book Fair directly support the purchasing of new student resources in the Library. Reading is a very important part of your child’s education.
